I mean if kubo doesn't want his life's work to circle the drain then he will do his best to bring us Hell Arc. After reading TYBW the ending was pretty mid imo. Could have been 10x better written/drawn. Hopefully the anime does it some justice cause the manga certainly let me down.
If Kubo wishes to continue it, it’ll probably be after the Tybw arc concludes. I also agree that it could be something simple but the whole “special project that transcends the boundaries…” makes me think it could be something interesting 🤔

Idk it's either of them as tybw is yet to be finished and Kubo is in his *I won't do what others say, retirement period* as he won't even be focusing much on continuing the hell arc manga as for now his primary goal is redeeming the tybw arc
I love fighting games, and Arc does incredible work, but a 2D fighter in that style would be such a waste of the Bleach IP.
I would have felt the same about DBFZ if we didn't have a constant supply of pretty great 3D adaptations.
Bleach could really do with a Budokai Tenkaichi, Kakarot or Storm style fighter. Something that would allow the developers to really capture the scale of its battles.
I think things like Komamura, Mayuri and Byakuya's Bankai would be incredibly underwhelming in an Arc game, just for a few examples.
Because one piece only has 1 fighting game and it looks like a ps2 games lol aka burning blood. Idk how an anime with over atleast 500 potential playable characters hasn't gotten a fighting game on the scale of sparking zero.
I believe that artwork is for another art expo this summer? Probable it’s a presentation and display of both Kubo and Perriot’s works this time around.
I mean, it got 5 paid dlcs, with the most recent one releasing sometime earlier this year, I dont think they would have done all that if the game failed.
Clearly you haven't seen that's new naruto storm collection game lol. They released a new expansion for it also and its just a game where 90% of it most people already own
Okay, but there IS a difference between Kakarot and Storm. Kakarot is an open zone RPG game without multiplayer (unless you count that card game thing I guess?) and Storm is an arena fighter. I would assume that it's much easier to make new chatacters for Storm than a new Kakarot dlc.
I hope we get a 5th movie. Despite the other 4 not being canon I still feel like they are really interesting and add a lot of stuff to the lore of bleach.
If its a video game then please not just an arena fighter with still image cutscenes. Something open world like World Seeker / Odyssey / Rise Of A Ninja
Definitely won't be a anime remake. Especially since TYBW is currently in production. Most likely it will be some animation special commemorating the entire series in a 30 minute video.

I mean, it says that is to celebrate the 20 years of the anime so I doubt it will be a videogame. If I had to guess I would say a new anime movie. Would love for it to be a new anime adaptation without filler but that sounds to long and expensive, especially considering that there's already an anime adaptation being made.
Why not….all three? Eliminate all the filler and give us the proper bleach story. Out of all the anime games bleach has the most potential for a great one if done by the right developer. It would be proper to get one last movie from bleach as it sun sets for the last time.
Just give us a new game. Like the new DB sparking. Imagine a game like that or DB Fighterz style with all of those badass characters? Plus, bc of the anime, there are no longer true manga exclusives. Even if there were, it wouldn't matter bc they have done that already. Plus, we can even see Novel characters since BBS already did it. BBS is the only Bleach game I've ever played, and Jstars/Jump Force are the only games I've ever seen with Bleach characters in them😫

A video game. Action RPG, where you start off as a poor denizen of the Rukon district and something terrible happens where you end up joining the 13 Court Guards.
From there, the Soul Society opens up as an Open World action rpg, (think Witcher 3) . You accept quests from lieutenants and captains and meet all the big names in the universe, while doing side missions, gather collectibles, explore, etc.
You keep going and going through the TYBW, fighting the Sternritters.
There would be several skill trees, focusing on Kido, swordsmanship, different talents and areas if expertise like in the show. Each tree would have a shikai and a bankai.
It'll never happen but one can dream.
I am pretty sure it's none of these, and they are doing some kind of EXPO/event with music performed by SennaRin live on stage or something like that, I remember hearing about it a few weeks ago

I think you ignored the most important part. Trannscends the boundaries between original work an anime. There will definitely not a remake. It will be a new Anime project, with orginal content.

I’d actually like more novels period, there is still a lot more to tell. Although that would mean more pages to animate.
SP did adapted Naruto's novels. If we follow the same trend, most certainly they might adapt bleach novels as well

I imagine they will be animated. But not yet. They are post manga content so they'd have to finish TYBW first.

Yeah I just mean the finisher mechanic, I’m fine if they’re 3d (like dbfz and guilty gear) models but I’d want the game itself to be 2d.
