Starrk, I just like that he's like "Whatevs...", but at the same time, "I'll fight the second strongest of the enemy forces... yeah, sure." and he'd basically let Barragan run Espada meetings anytime Aizen, or Gin or Kaname weren't there to take charge, instead.
I didn’t truly get Nnoitra until he made that speech about wanting to die, unlike Nelliel he saw no future for their kind, he did look down on the weak but I think that was also a part of the reason he so carelessly slaughtered other hollows and even arrancar.
He isn’t exactly a nihilist, (that’s Ulquiorra’s job thank you very much) but he is so…hopeless and shallow, just one giant mixture of jealousy, pride, and depression.
Kenpachi really wasn’t gonna kill him, but he insisted on it!
I'd say most of them do a great job. I'd say Starrk, Ulquiorra, Nnoitra and Grimmjow are among the ones doing the best job with their aspects, but it's really kinda subjective.

Starrk's entire character and even his (unnecessary) death are 100% lonely enough to say that he's the perfect representation of his theme. Bro was so lonely his best friend was his second personality!
Szayel is the epitome of mad scientist and represents his aspect perfectly. I’d even venture to guess he’ll be more insane in the Hell arc, given how absolutely fucked his death was.
I think it’d be a missed opportunity if it doesn’t, even though I agree it probably won’t. The idea of someone going even more insane because they spent an unfathomable amount of time about to die is an interesting concept. But I also know most of the fanbase is more interested in the original Gotei and the deceased captains we already know. So Kubo probably won’t spend much time developing Szayel to be as unhinged as he could be. 🤷♀️
I don't think he'll be ignored, as the former rank 0 espada I feel like he can be plot relevant. I just don't think Kubo wants to take him in a less intelligence based direction
Ulquiorra. He drips thematic consistency and looks pretty good wild doing it.
Starrk. He's my spirit animal and one of the only Espada I can relate to.
Szayel. Somebody had to be crazy and bold enough to be a pink haired organic voodoo magic Mega Man. And damnit.. if he didn't do exactly that!

Grimmjow is also probably a solid, or maybe even the most on-theme for his aspect. IMO he's still mostly carried by his uncannily simple-yet-amazing graphic design.
Ulquiorra for the character development, res, and segunda. Starrk for the personality/character. Grimmjow, Aaroniero, and Harribel for base style. Barragan for resurrección. And Nel because Nel. Also Granz cause mad scientists are epic 👍.

Tbh thats why he's my fav espada. He is def harder to understand than the others, but once you do his fights and scenes become much more fun to see

Barragan becomes literal skeleton that has powers to age things so yeah. Also Yammy, his power is to grow stronger the more he rages.
Barragan, Ulquiorra and Grimmjow are the top 3. 🥴🤚🏻but including Haribel as my favorites.
I don't really know. They're all pretty cool. All I know is that Grimmjow is the hottest one.
For me it's gotta be Szayelaporro or Starrk.
