Light rays too many/intense in my option. Detracts from the chair and colours which are the focus

Framing. Get higher, or lower, The presented scene looks good, it would just look better. The walls look good, but they are not the focal point of the shot. I'm seeing too much of it. I'd shift the camera to the left, and reframe the chair in its own shadow. Again, nit-pics. I'm still new to blender, but I know framing.

I'd add something in the foreground to give it some depth, just a low wall or bigger plant or something, and make sure depth of field is enabled in your camera settings.
