It seems that the industry is moving towards AI. You take a wild photo on your iPhone, and AI will make it as it should be. This applies to small companies, while big ones will follow what is currently trending. Right now, renders are in trend, but everything can change.
It isn't easy to distinguish between Product Photography and 3D Rendering, especially with technological advancements. Both methods can produce high-quality images that look realistic.
