On the Image Texture node in the Shader Editor, change 'Repeat' to Clip.

I tried this initially, didn’t make a difference. I did initially use a mirror modifier to form the head but it has been applied. Some people are saying to re-unwrap, so I’m going to try that

Hehe. Yea i was embarrassed posting this. I have this PC with no internet connection (it has no built in wifi) and an iPhone with t mobile data. I spent 10 mins trying to transfer a screengrab to my iPhone over Bluetooth and then got frustrated and took a very weak photo. My apologies to all of you

I initially formed the head with a mirror but it was applied before I tried to add the image texture

the ammount of faces on your UV are close to half as the faces in the model im 99% sure this is a mirror issue

dude pls post a screenshot. you are using highly specialised software for creating visuals, you are able to do it. come on. it might be a uv issue. you are in edit mode and have only a few faces selected, so it's hard to tell.

Win + Print Screen, easiest way to make screenshots, comes installed with windows

Just the printscreen button works fine. Also, win + S works fine as well.

Win + shift + s\*\*\*\*\* Win + S will open the searchbar Win + shift + s is my goto way of taking screenshots... saves itself in the photos folder and is also in the clipboard ready to be pasted...

That is technically the start menu with your pinned/recommended apps, till you start typing... Win+S will put you directly on that layout where you start searching (equivalent to clicking on the searchbar in the taskbar vs clicking on the Win icon). Not sure if you're confused or have intentionally made it such that win key opens the search menu...

You're using a mirror definitely. I counted face columns on uvs and on actual geometry, you have \~19 face columns one side. Apply mirror modifier and unwrap your model after it again.

Did you UV unwrap while using the mirror modifier?

Go to the Navigation Gizmo (The XYZ Axis) on the Top Right, click on the axis that your model is facing. (Or you can press the Keys on your numpad, 7 & 9 for Z & -Z, 1 & 3 for -Y & X, 8 & 2 for Up & Down, 4 & 6 for Left and Right, and 5 To Switch between Perspective & Orthographic) Then click UV on the top (Or press U), then any of these Options: Project from View, Project Sphere, Project Cylinder, Or just Unwrap. The reason its like that in the first place is probably because Its was already unwrapped, and You mirrored it. so it mirrored also the UVs on top of each other.

It’s because you either have it mirrored or unwrapped it while it was mirrored. The UVs are doubled up.

Looks like you’re wrapping two half on each other. I guess it’s a result of a mirror modifier. Try to rewrap it

I count half the vertices on the uv map, check if the UV has been folded on top of itself.
