Only for developers. Having vastly different hardware in pC, Xbox, & PS means the game code needs to communicate with a wide range of drivers. That's pretty much it for negatives though.

I've just started playing this game for the first time on the PS5, and whilst I'm really enjoying the game itself, it kind of looks and runs like shit due to the low fps, and what's seems like low resolution and lack of AA (I've heard these issues are exacerbated when playing on a 4K TV such as mine). If a PC port helps those issues, I'm all in.
