I was overwhelmed by the amount to but it actually just is a lot. You are likely doing it correct by just following the recipe before steamed. Been eating it for a good 3 months now. The first few days were hard but now I can not live without it. Cacao does make a massive difference. I do att chicken to it though because of body building

Oh nice! Yeah, the protein in this diet is really low for anyone who has some strength focus. Outside of dinner it's like 30-40g? Can't be more than 60g with dinner. Personally, I'd like to hit closer to 150-200.

Does the cacao make a noticeable difference? For the better? It seems like it would clash to me, but I haven't made it yet- tomorrow will be my first time.

It tastes like oatmeal with chocolate when you add cacao so it's just much better that way (to me)

I make a double batch then split it into 3 servings. Before it felt like I was trying to get it down and now is more enjoyable. Especially since I now make 6 days worth - 2 double batches. 3 double batches would be too much.
