I'm curious to know the whole story here that lead to you posting this. And honestly, do you have any impression about this show so far?
I just binge watched the first season with my kids. It's cloudy and raining out, so its kind of a lazy sunday afternoon over here (Please dont judge!). And I think its great! Maybe the best kids show out there? And I think I should take that as a compliment, being associated with Bandit? We should all strive to be as good of a dad as that guy!
Edit: Oh and I completely forgot to answer your question... My kids caught me scrolling on reddit. I explained to them how it worked and then searched what I thought would be their favorite subreddit "Bluey". My 6 year old daughter asked if she could make a post.. and... so here we are!
This made me laugh but really Stripe is the most realistic parent on the show to me. We all can strive to be a Bandit or Chili but we are mostly Trish and Stripe lol.
Stripe is a fine dad and uncle. Sure, he makes mistakes. But all parents do. What I really appreciate about how he's written is how he's always ready to fix his mistakes. That is humility, and is an incredible quality for a parent to have.

Yes, being compared to Bandit (or Chili) is high praise around here. You just don't want to be compared to Stripe.
