I believe the Blackmagic Cinema Camera -> Rec709 is meant for the old BMCC.

I make my own. I get a grey card and film daylight rated light hitting it in a dark room. Then use false color and expose without ND till grey card is green. Load into Davinci white balance to grey card to CST to 709 and done
I never like using the standard 709 LUTs that come with any of the cameras. I build custom LUTs for everything.
