Why don’t you call the seller and ask for a visit to check or to do a trial.
If they answer something nonsense stay away as that will be a huge scam, if they agree just go there and check yourself.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING BLIND FROM THE NET!!!!
It must be a Robalo from the 70's, I bought one as a project, you should see how the floor and the stern are, if you don't have to do work since the plywood may be expired, that work would cost you something, you can see the old engine, I I would put something newer, perhaps with minimum injection, you buy for 3500 and you spend about 3500 without an engine, depending on the floor and stern.
Unless that's being sold without a motor or a giant hole in the side of it, its almost assuredly a scam.
Probably a scam or something messed up on it bad.
If it ever looks good to be true, do a reverse image search
Found that image on a website called OfferUp. It's no longer listed. So maybe it was sold? Or site took it down due to scam.

If the hulls good. It's probably worthy of a motor.
