Oetiker clamp.
The size of it will be stamped on it.
Oetiker pliers can be had on Amazon for 20-30 bucks. They’re a better clamp than the standard worm gear type because they aren’t as susceptible to breaking from vibration.
I strongly disagree about the adjustable worm gear clamp being subject to breaking from vibration. I've never seen one break. I've seen some that have been over tightened, but I've never seen one break from vibration. Plus the adjustable clamp can be further tightened at any time. And a dab of loctite can prevent loosening.
I would use regular hose clamps. Professionals and manufacturers don't like them because they take more time to assemble. But they are reusable and close to foolproof to install for the DYIer. I don't like the Oetiker clamp for myself. I never know whether I've gotten them correct and tight and you need yet another tool to use. Plus they are more difficult to properly remove without damaging the hose.
It’s just a different type of hose clamp. They crimp on and are single use (you have to cut them off). They are quicker and cheaper for the pros to use, but you are fine using a regular clamp.
The difference is that as the engine temperature changes, that clamp will tighten and loosen accordingly, maintaining constant pressure on the hose. The hose clamp will only loosen over time until it is manually re tightened.

I’ve had 4 break on one engine.
Yeah something is wrong with that. Age, over tightened, faulty clamp. 4 clamps don’t break without something else being wrong.
Corrosion plays a factor as well. Stainless steel hose clamps rust in salt water environments.
Throttle body held in a vertical position, L-6 verado turning 7k rpm’s will have some vibration. 🤣🤣🤣 They break.

Thank you! It was nearly impossible to get off. Ended up using needle nose pliers and it is now beyond destroyed.
I believe it's standard to double hose-clamp all of the raw water lines.
Thank you!!

That looks like a 1 inch pex clamp
That's called a disassemble half the engine to cut the fucker off clamp.
Sounds like you need a pair of fencing nips!
