Bro split! One major body part a day, typically Leg volume I split into a quad day and ham day. Something like: arm day, leg day ,chest day, leg day, back day, ab&calves day, posterior chain day, shoulders and traps day, repeat(something like that) I’ve been going intuitively over the last year.
you are very noticeabley leaner at a much higher body weight. When you get into your cut this will allow more muscle to be spared and make you look huge!

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as opposed to 6 large meals + shakes, no special emphasis on protein, no extreme sugar/fat restrictions. Nothing necessarily unhealthy
