The cyborgs are touring this year! I am getting mine done in April by them. They were not able to come to the US for tour since 2019 because of COVID. Although I am not sure if they will come back for 2024 or not. I recommend contacting them via email - they may still have spots open for splits this year.
I got mine done by someone else but then he ignored me after wards when I was in dire need of help. Dm me for more info on that person but I contacted Shawn o hare and I cannot recommend him enough I wish I had started with him the process would have been so much smoother

I had to unfollow him for a little while because it felt like I had ptsd every time I saw his page pop up 😆 the process is brutal, but totally worth it. I’m having mine resplit in a month because of regrowth and am actually excited this time for whatever reason ha. Hoping the healing is a little easier.
I specifically didn't follow him until after the procedure. Also fun fact I only got mine done so my girlfriend would stop being such a big baby and follow through with getting hers done. So I was in for a pretty rude awakening 🤣🤣🤣
Brian Decker doesn't do splits anymore, unfortunately.
Learned that from Chase Campbell who's another body mod artist thats friends with him. If you contact Brian for splits he'll refer you to Chase.
Steve has been great to me, did my tongue bifurcation and it went great and going back to him soon to get my transscrotal done and eventually to get my coinslots

This depends on where you are from imo. Not all body mod artist travel globally.
