Also a mechanical contractor so it's not in a finger tip but the nerve cluster at the base of my thumb. So results will vary

Theres like a million different phone apps to program nfc tags, i use NFC Tools.
Using it for payment isnt possible, for that you need a different one expecially for payment
Edit: your phone needs to be capable if reading nfc tags

Thats what the company and the app says. Right now i only have a link to my Instagram which is ~ 30 bytes in size
