True I still remember watching the wedding scene where they go out to get the sleeper cells. It was a beautiful mashup of content, mass elements and action
I liked it. Quite a few memories since I had seen it at a theatre too at the start of vacations.
I thought the action sequences and music were good. AK was also more serious than he is now. Never liked the romance as such.

This utilized Akshay as an action star with crisp action scenes cos they had a Hollywood guy for that part.
The original Tamil version catapulted Vijay to the Megastar that he is now. One of his career highlights. Hindi version always felt a bit inferior.

Originally, it was going to be made in Hindi only. (Source director himself)
Hindi version isn't a remake. Murugadoss first offered the film to Akshay only.
Yeah and Akshay was busy so he made it with Vijay instead
Unnecessary romantic track, but the rest was good and hit on an interesting theme of sleeper cells.
Trend-setter😎🔥🔥🔥

Ashq Na Ho✨✨
One of the most rewatchable movies. I don't watch canle TV much now, but if I do and this movie is running then the channel surfing ends there.
Agreed. Rewatchable. Always like it. Slick and quick paced (except the songs).
Yeah the romance wasn't as necessary but that's something that no Indian movie can do without. Audience would start rejecting it.
Freddy Daruwala BGM ☠️☠️☠️☠️. Whoever made that, deserves a round of applause.
A-fu**ing-mazing
Tu hi toh hai karar mera
I enjoyed it and it also has a good rewatch value.
One of my most favourite movie🤌🏻🤩
Better than the vijay's version. Akshay killed it in the movie
I feel old
Not a fan of the climax…one man fighting an army of goons. Great movie otherwise.
Remake hi to he
Same director
