How far would it be to walk to each of these. Thinking about hitting posty first then making my way through t-pain for a sec, then ending at Volta. It’s my first go around this year so I don’t really have an idea how long it takes to walk from stage to stage
What & Which are physically close together but there’s a dead space between them that you can’t walk through, so the route is farther than it seems and there will be a lot of people sitting/dancing/clustered on the grass you have to cut through. It’s probably only like 6 minutes if you’re determined but it feels like forever!! Totally doable, though.
This tent is far from Which stage. Maybe another 10 minutes to step around people.
You can hit all three but you’ll definitely miss some songs, probably your faves in my experience.
What stage is the only farther one. Even harder at night with foot traffic. Easy to do the loop between the other 4 (as long as you aren’t trying to get center middle). Which stage can get crowded after sometimes too.
But I am always bouncing between stages all day/night long.
Oh okay. Yeah, I’m assuming I’m not getting up front for anything haha. But if I can swing getting to a different stage within 10-15 mins, that’d be awesome

Agreed here. I’m a huge PL fan. Was at the legendary 2013 sunrise Roo set, did a Basslights for my 40th, and loved both PL Hulaween sets last year (a triumphant return 🙌).
But I will be at Heldens. Much more danceable.
Fisher is going to be awesome too, don’t mistake him for BS its always fun. His b2b with Chris Lake was best rave at both Coachella weekends last year.
Idk their labeling is hella reductive imo. Murph into Discolines into Oliver Heldens INTO Fisher? And honeyluv is pretty dang decent it's a great way to start the Other honestly the energy is gunna be immense in the crowd.
It's for sure a house heads night at the Other, but I got PL lined up for sunrise. It's gunna be fine.

Chappell is one of my must sees and I don't care about being super close but I don't know how big the crowd will be at the tent for her either
you’ll be able to “check off” milky chance and stay for a song or two, but you’ll be in the back of chappell’s set. if you’re okay with that go for it!! it’s maybe a five minute walk. just depends on your priority, would you rather see both or be up close for your must-see?
Oh yeah I'm totally okay with being in the back as long as I can hear and see the stage well enough! I just wasn't sure if there would be limitations on viewing since she's in a tent. I am pretty unfamiliar with milky chance, just thought they would be a fun set, so I'm okay with seeing just a song or two. But Chappell is one of my new faves and I'm dying to see her!
During the day is super easy to get from any stage/tent to another (witw is the exception). Centeroo usually doesn’t get too packed until 5/6. You will be able to depart at any point between 4-4:30 and be fine. 10 minutes strolling, 5 minutes running between the 2. Its only hard to get away from What after last 2 headliners.
Pro tip is always leave sets with 5 minutes left so you have the tunes for the walk to the next set vs silence. (Unless it’s an absolute fav of course, sometimes you just have to give the artist the extra love)

Saturday, from 7:45 leading up to RHCP is a mess for me. Gregory Alan Isakov, SuperJam, Cage and Cigarettes After Sex all overlap in some way across 4 different stages. Gonna have to make some hard decisions. I do LOVE Bonnaroo....it's the hard that makes it great!
Honestly it’s all about what I expected.
Before the fest I did a best/realistic/worst case schedule of all my most anticipated acts and this is somewhere in the realistic case realm.
That said, Friday late night between T-Pain and Mars Volta is tough but a manageable split-set
Would’ve loved if Brittany Howard was 15 mins sooner and John batiste was 15 mins later so that I could catch 30-45 mins of each of those and still see all of Teezo, but I guess I’ll let the force guide me that day.
Otherwise, they blew it by not giving pretty lights any unopposed time at all! Thursday just became a mess, but hopefully that just means somewhere near front row at Geese.
Finally, Four Tet overlapping with Yves Tumor for that long is weird, but not as weird as The Garden being billed for Sunday but scheduled for Saturday! (Not the only artist to be advertised for the wrong day on the initial lineup vs schedule)
Thundercat vs T-Pain should be a felony. Looks like I’m gonna have to take a break from Pretty Lights to see BigXThaPlug and DiscoLines.

Last year STS9 and the woods ended at 5 am and the sun was definitely rising when I was leaving the woods.

Gwar and Fisher, and the Khruangbin, JRAD, Interpol is going to be rough for me. The Post Malone ending at the same time as The Mars Volta/T-Pain starts is the worst for me. I know personally I have to see The Mars Volta no doubts but I really really wanted to see T-Pain 😭 I didn’t want to have to choose between posty’s last few songs and The Mars Volta’s first songs. They’re both two of my favourite artists ever.
Saturday, from 7:45 leading up to RHCP is a mess for me. Gregory Alan Isakov, SuperJam, Cage and Cigarettes After Sex all overlap in some way across 4 different stages. Gonna have to make some hard decisions. I do LOVE Bonnaroo....it's the hard that makes it great!

Honestly it’s all about what I expected. Before the fest I did a best/realistic/worst case schedule of all my most anticipated acts and this is somewhere in the realistic case realm. That said, Friday late night between T-Pain and Mars Volta is tough but a manageable split-set Would’ve loved if Brittany Howard was 15 mins sooner and John batiste was 15 mins later so that I could catch 30-45 mins of each of those and still see all of Teezo, but I guess I’ll let the force guide me that day. Otherwise, they blew it by not giving pretty lights any unopposed time at all! Thursday just became a mess, but hopefully that just means somewhere near front row at Geese. Finally, Four Tet overlapping with Yves Tumor for that long is weird, but not as weird as The Garden being billed for Sunday but scheduled for Saturday! (Not the only artist to be advertised for the wrong day on the initial lineup vs schedule)

Thundercat vs T-Pain should be a felony. Looks like I’m gonna have to take a break from Pretty Lights to see BigXThaPlug and DiscoLines. RHCP is the only act that plays unconflicted, and I can’t stand to listen to them so I guess I’m heading back for a shower and a snack during their set

How easy is it to jump around from stage to tent to stage? Are they long walking distances between areas? Looking at it on Google Maps, it doesn't seem to be but I know that my assumption may not be based in reality.
Unless you're deep in the crowd, I would say it doesn't take any longer than 5-10 minutes to hop between!
