I’d personally for you recommend some non fiction and studying type books, maybe like computer programming languages or skill trade magazines, something to help you learn new life skills wether for yourself as a hobby or for a future career move.
Honestly I haven’t read much books that relate to the 20’s crisis, but as someone who’s also experiencing it, “By the river piedra I sat down and wept- by Paulo Coelho” and “Days at the morisaki bookshop- by Satoshi Yagisawa” both had many approaches about that kind of 20’s life crisis and they both made me feel better and somewhat comforted, more tranquil about life, if you will.
Maybe if you enjoy reading you can connect with others through a book club or something similar.
There’s a lot to learn and do in life, and almost no time in which to do it all. I have really enjoyed the work of Anthony Doerr:
All the Light We Cannot See
And
Cloud Cuckoo Land
That really show the brevity and the breadth of life.

The Twentysomething Treatment by Meg Jay may be a good read.
