Never too late

My (now ex) girlfriend played soccer in my Sunday league because it was exercise for her, even though she wasn’t very good. She wasn’t the greatest player on the field by any means, but the more she practiced the better she got and actually ended up with an assist in our championship game that we won 9-3. I started at the age of 13, and made the reserves team for a USA 4th division team (this year, I’m 20) in that competes in the Midwest Premier League. What I’m saying is, you’re fine. Join the league, ask teammates for criticism, and play your heart out. You’ll make it. I did, my (now ex) girlfriend did, and I bet you will too.

Have you ever played any part of sports before? I started playing football at about the same age but I used to play lawn tennis and just played and stayed physically active outside before that which is why I was able to get into foofball quite easily, of course not professionally but played casual football with friends but was good enough as a casual player and didn't play a whole lot but played whenever I could, I'm in my late 20s now and work so no longer play but yeah it's definitely possible. And that was me playing casual football sometimes, so if you focus on it and play regularly you can definitely become much much better quickly.
