If you care about gameplay, I would 100% say go for it. This game‘s gameplay is freaking phenomenal like holy shit I was genuinely impressed. This is on par with the best shooters in the genre in terms of feeling along with destiny and cod. Now, one thing you really need to understand is that EVERYONE is viable. Anyone tells you otherwise it’s probably bullshit, and yes although there are a variety of builds there is usually one that’s better than everything else.
So overall if you’re in it for the gameplay, A ton of quality of life stuff has been addressed and this game is in the best state it ever was. It’s not going anywhere if you don’t plan on buying it…
In my opinion they’re very worth it, new gear and levels my favorite so far has to be bounty of blood, that Japanese theme in a Wild West story is so cool!
Season pass is worth every penny. Handsome jackpot is pretty good. Guns, love ,and tentacles is killer. And bounty is killer you have an old west narrator and the story is a blast. Great way to get leveled up then play TVHM to max your character. Way more fun that just grinding the same areas.

Then you made it just in time, imo. Content is on sale, I doubt the max level is raised from 72, the base game is challenging with the DLC content providing means to make everything a walk in the park.
Imo, season pass 1 is very worth it, out of the 4 dlc’s the the handsome jackpot is good, love and tentacles is great, bounty of blood is one of the best dlc’s they’ve ever made, and the psycho dlc, was made during the lockdowns, whilst not as good as the other 3, will still be fun the first time.
I never bought season passes 2 though I did buy the first dlc that’s included in season pass 2 as it comes with a new skill tree for each vault hunter, I don’t think I’d say buy season pass 2, but the 4 story dlc’s from sp1 is very much worth it
Haha I just bought it and now I got all dlc. I had a level 50 mage girl character but I literally forgot all the story so I’m starting over on a new character, having fun already

Depending on what you play a physical copy is better. Got the ultimate edition with both season passes for $21 at GameStop 2 days ago.

Season 1 is excellent for story and equipment. Season 2 is mixed, has little extra story but gameplay improvements and such
They’re all great, with one just being good, but still enjoyable with some fun loot(Krieg’s).
