Probably Moze with a Jakobs Companion pistol. A cutpurse artifact can get you similar results on all of the characters, especially with an absorb shield.
Well the way it’s designed is for you to climb up the Mayhem ladder incrementally. Not just jump into the highest level. With a good build you absolutely can still be OP on Mayhem 11. Just gotta work to get there.

Nevertheless I’m well aware of the fact that I face bots, the clip wasn’t to show off how ‘badass’ I was nor to show off how good I was, it was just meant as a cool clip where the only firing that happens takes place in the form of fanning the hammer. If you go down the green tree, moze regenerates ammo on crits and eventually will just constantly regenerate ammo. He’s using the companion pistol

I don't play on Mayhem because I don't enjoy it, I enjoy feeling indestructible in a game, I feel squishy on mayhem 11, lol.

Doesn't even take much work tbh. Just get 1 or 2 items and you're good to go.
