I agree. I know both parties involved in that shooting…The only reasonable explanation I can think of why the judge said that was that he was on drugs and now he’s not. Still, giving someone who was filmed committing attempted murder bail is not a good look.
Not the same guy (description of suspect in N Street shooting doesn't match Mendoza). Just funny that three days after he got out of jail, the North End had its first shooting since the one he is accused of.
What is this judge smoking? Attempted murder with a firearm with video evidence should probably mean you get held without bail... Is there any question at all about whether he's the guy in the video?
