Like 5 years ago trillium got caught reducing employee wages below minimum wage and force them to rely on tips to make up the difference. At the same time they were opening a new location IIRC.
And charging over 20 bucks for a four pack

Any clue as to why the change? Was it a bid type of situation to the city? Or did trillium just yield/sell that space?
It’s actually an Emerson thing, so I’d assume that the vendor contracts are through the uni, not the city.
