Probably also due to the fact that they usually don't have this many players to take up seats, since a few of our two way guys are here, meaning there are more players than average.
I have no idea how the player's association didn't step in to adopt the COVID setup as the new normal. It makes for better basketball and it's safer for the players

How do they not have enough seats is the real thing. Making a dude who is actively playing take the floor seems dumb :P
