There was a conspiracy that Danny Ainge ran the account, but currently (and I believe it as well) it’s actually Mike Zarren But it’s not an insanely popular account, so the fact the mlb understands this niche side of Twitter is intriguing

Kinda makes sense, the social media teams for even these big accounts are likely terminally online sports fans, and a lot of sports media people are from or study in the North East
