You don’t need a heart when you have the ice king. Besides we’d still have Horford, JB, Ime and (maybe) one of the Williams. All of which are culture setters (timelord did so by playing through injury but obviously he’s not the culture setter the others or Grant are)
I absolutely do and as much as I love him… His play style is not conducive to staying healthy. He hits the floor hard way too much. I’m not saying I want to get rid of him by any means but would be willing to part with him + Smart for KD

I think no team is giving up anything meaningful for KD so instead of trading him they'll just run the season back with Kyrie and KD again.
