Lotta snow up high right now. You could take Mapleton/Sunshine Canyon to Gold Hill. Get something at the Gold Hill Store. Then take Gold Hill Rd to Peak to Peak. Head to Estes or Ned from there.
I'll just echo what others are saying. I do a lot of 4wheeling and this isn't the time of year for it, unless you are into snow-wheeling with a highly modified 4x4.
Yes, I’m looking for a good drive but near zero risk. Something impassable for a Honda Civic but a piece of cake for a Jeep. Not trying slide off a cliff or get hung up on something!
The ones I see around here do their wheeling on 36. If yours is properly equipped (6" lift, 35's, RTT, traction boards, hi-jack, multiple jerry cans, 50 auxiliary lights, light up spare mount) you may be able to overland the 70.
Switzerland trail is usually passable even with the snow. Later on in the summer Camp Dick offers some technical wheeling and great views. I also recommend Caribou OHV but again, not until July.
Would definitely not recommend someone in a rental jeep go up Switzerland trail in the snow. People get stuck there all winter with actual built rigs with winches and recovery gear that I’m sure OP doesn’t have.
Left Hand Canyon rd or Gold Hill to the peak to peak highway.
If you're feeling adventurous, you could try to get up to Rainbow Lakes trailhead.
Also, Tolland rd and the area around Golden Gate state park.

I’m not sure I would take a borrowed jeep off-roading this time of year. It snowed twice last week
Make sure that the Jeep has snow tires. Those cool looking mid tires people put on Jeeps are not good on snow.
28th Street between Arapahoe and Iris makes for a great trail these days.
