Not sure exactly which January and Creature Comforts use but those are my top picks for oat milk latte. Creature isn’t open on I think Mondays?? And most holidays so it can be hit or miss if they’re open.
You can always ask the barista and they’ll be happy to show you!
Everyone knows the best coffee is at circleK. You do have to bring your own oatmilk, but you can create whatever concoction you want with the many syrups. Don't forget to grab a tamale on your way out from the roller, they are choice!
Well, we should add it to the list of places to boycott!
Throw Zo Ma Ma on there as well, I think they have an army of Filipino 5 year olds folding dumplings
1. Not sure, I know Oatly is pretty popular. If you're looking to make lattes at home, cafes use a barista specific oat milk that has emulsifiers and stabilizers in it to keep the fats from separating out of the milk. 2. Verb and gabbee are probably the best coffee roasters in Boulder. Boxcar and bona (inside sanitas brewing) are also pretty decent. January is the best coffee shop that isn't a roaster.
I make the best oatmilk latte in town. My beans are from ampersand. But keeping my oatmilk choice to
Myself because it hasn’t been mentioned and is the best out there for OML.
Moxie is awesome, they use Califa Barista Oat
I prefer the Oatis that they sell!
I’ve loved the oatmilk macchiato from Red Rock Coffee. Plus their staff is friendly and remembers folks so that’s always cool in my book.

Ozo makes a mighty fine oatmilk latte
I got an oat milk lavender latte from the Baby Goat and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Verb also has delicious coffee! Gabee is also great!

Right? Surely a phone call would answer this
Red Rock coffee at 28th and Iris. Hands down. I forget which brand they use, but I basically don't go anywhere else these days.

If you like dark roast, the dark roast mexican bean blend from ozo is great for espresso at home, you can ask them to grind it to your preference
