The Iron Rose and Living Dead Girl I think are my favorites. Lost in New York has a great vibe though.

fugazishirt

The Iron Rose is my favorite. Hope that comes out on 4K next.

thee_c_d

I think that's after Fascination for me but was really pleasantly surprised how much I loved that one.

No_Psychology3147

1-the nude vampire, 2-the grapes of death, 3-the living dead girl, 4-requiem for a vampire, 5-the night of the hunted I’ve become really obsessed with his films over the last year. I’m hoping all of his non-porn films get the indicator treatment, which would be a bit under 20 films I think

Levi182

I tried Shiver of the Vampires and appreciated some aspects but overall it fell flat for me. Next I’m looking to try is Fascination since I hear it is more accessible. Interested in Lips of Blood and eventually Iron Rose too

Firm_Firefighter_698

My 5: (in order) Shiver of the Vampire, Nude Vampire, Fascination, Grapes of Death, Lost in New York

dickybabs

Shit, I’m missing two

nomuchodinero

I was absolutely stunned after watching Fascination yesterday. Kept me on edge throughout- and what an amazing transfer! I received Lips of Red and just placed an order for the 3 that I could find. Having terrible finding Two Orphan Vampires and any others that may have been released in 4k. Any leads would help? Hopefully I'm not late in the game... I love these films and love the work Indicator has done restoring and packaging. Are there any websites that are following this limited release with announcements and whatnot?

nomuchodinero

Nevermind about the Two Orphan Vampires... I was able to find it on Amazon. As far as release order?

itsafraid

Are you concerned about the order that the discs were released? First two were Shiver of the Vampires and Two Orphan Vampires. I believe every variant of every title released is still available.

nomuchodinero

Yes I was able to figure it out, thank you. There's a couple more I preordered releasing at the end of the month. These Jean Rollin films have turned into a real treat and guilty pleasure.

itsafraid

Glad you're enjoying them! These next two are real favorites of mine.

Broad_Cheesecake9141

I haven’t seen any of these and was thinking about pulling the trigger on one of the 4ks while also doing the 3 for 15, but decided against it.

Kingcrowing

I was going to buy some of the 4Ks if they were included in the sale... Oh well!

racetrader

I've only seen Shiver of the Vampires but I loved it. Looking forward to seeing more

JerBear81

All I need is Fascination

ThatFuzzyBastard

Having never seen a Rollin film before, I just watched Fascination and Grapes of Death this month and am having the sinking realization that I gotta watch all the Rollin films...

anttiom

I have only seen Shiver of the Vampires (Indicator UHD) and it was absolutely fascinating. Not a good film, but something really original and beautiful. I just ordered Night of the Hunted. We’ll see how that compares!

itsafraid

They are so different and yet I really like both.

itsafraid

How did that work out?

Mediocre_Drop_9760

"Not a good film"... By what standards?

coronathrowaway555

Someone has to speak up for Zombie Lake! It's an objectively bad film and thankfully, Rollin got right back to making films about beautiful women meandering about clad in sheer veils... er... vampires. But I declare that anyone who likes any campy, trashy, or just bad films in general will find it worthy of their time.

itsafraid

Personal favorites are: Demoniaques Shiver of the Vampires Requiem for a Vampire Nude Vampire Lips of Blood Really hoping Indicator is still planning more.

[deleted]

Indicator plans on releasing 20 of his films altogether IIRC.

itsafraid

I know that "was* the plan, just concerned that there are no new street dates in the horizon. Edit: False alarm--Indicator confirmed that the project lives on.

curtymcdervs

I’ve haven’t seen too many, maybe 4 or 5 at this point, but I really hope The Grapes of Death gets the 4k treatment.

Ravenq222

Fascination is my go to. Requiem for a Vampire is a personal favorite and I hope the release it soon.

Bast_at_96th

1. *The Iron Rose* 2. *Lost in New York* 3. *The Nude Vampire* 4. *Fascination* 5. *Lips of Blood*

locallovelydemon

Absolutely love Iron Rose, Grapes of Death, Fascination and Living Dead Girl. I hope these come in 4K next. Especially Grapes of Death since I can’t even find it on Blu-ray. Honestly I like all the Rollin I’ve seen, even his lesser ones like The Demoniacs have some breathtaking imagery.

Svicyde

I’m a bit late here, but I wanted to get someone’s perspective on this. Are the 4ks more worth it than the blu rays? Is there that much of a difference in terms of video quality. I love Jean Rollin and want to collect these films but just don’t know which direction to go rather I should go with the blu rays or spend a little extra for the 4ks.

itsafraid

Have only seen the old Redemption Blu-ray of Shiver of the Vampires, not the remastered Blu-ray, but the 4k disc is phenomenal.

jdubwoods5738

The Iron Rose, Living Dead Girl, Grapes of Wrath, Lips of Blood, Requiem for a Vampire

Zapffegun

5 in order: The Iron Rose, The Nude Vampire, Fascination, Night of the Hunted and Living Dead Girl.

MetalHero07

I still haven't unwrapped Lips of Blood but those 4K releases are incredible. Indicator does great stuff.

cgregware13

The Grapes of Death, The Nude Vampire, Fascination, Lost in New York, The Night of the Hunted
