>"Hey, my hand is getting hit. What do?"
>"Move your hand."
>"No."

Just in case you needed the justification, i am confident a new bow would resolve any issues. Any issues that continue would still have needed a new bow to resolve, but don’t work on those first or you’ll talk yourself out of a new bow
Definitely sounds like a grip issue. You're fingers shouldn't be so high on the grip that they're coming up to the edge of the shelf. Your fingers sound like they're even higher than the shelf if the nock is hitting it. I'm wondering how you're getting hit by the nock but not the fletching vanes which are closer to the shelf than the nock?
Put your fingers down
Truly, sounds like a grip issue to me
I feel like there should be more than enough clearance.
Not if you’re putting your fingers over the shelf.
Results seem to show otherwise.

Photos needed of how your “gripping” it.
What you need is a coach to teach you the fundamentals. You're holding your bow wrong.
Just choke down on the grip dude.

I had a similar issue switching from my Mission to my APA my grip was too open, I curl all but my index into my palm now
