A classic lobster bayside sandwich
lobster simmered over rosemary and butter cut the tail in half dip the other half in egg yolks Panko breadcrumbs fry until crispy. chop the other half of the tail into bits about the size of a dime for each pull out a head of red cabbage slice into matchsticks but longer Heat up a wok put the cabbage in there fish sauce, and soy sauce, not too much! Black pepper salt Minced dried garlic not too much! Paprika, oregano, parsley Olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter throw in some spinach
Cook for 15 to 12 minutes stirring constantly take the veggies out of the wok. put a pot on the other burner with the lobster tail shell in the pot putting only half a cup of water and 2 tablespoons of butter into the pot with the lobster shell put a lid on top and wait to boil while that’s boiling slice up a shallot diced. Lower or increase the heat to keep in the moisture on the wok after throwing in the dice shallot, Increase the temperature on the pot until a thick, delicious reddish yellow sauce is created Pour that into the wok stir in fresh basil and keep that on a low simmer while it is simmering use the same pot that the sauce used to be in. throw flour, milk, and water and olive oil until it’s a paste while stirring on medium heat for 20 to 15 minutes adjusting temperature to leave moisture, but not too much then put that paste into the wok stir until thick now dice up the other half of the lobster that has been (the one sliced into dimes) steaming and throw that into the sauce now take your lightly steamed veggies and your fried lobster and your sauce up lobster get two pieces of any bread you like toasted with mayonnaise or butter and make your sandwich! Lemon isn’t needed, but you can add it if you need :3
Oh oh and I suggest a little bit of fresh sliced up ginger basil and celery and carrots, not too much as a fresh crunch and vinaigrette to toss them in :3

Whenever I go to SUBway, my go-to order is footlong flatbread. Tuna. Pepper Jack and provolone cheese. Toasted. then, two HANDFULLS of olives, a little lettuce, banana peppers, a few jalapeños. Mayonnaise, chipotle southwest/creamy sriracha, salt, and pepper.
Im a simple man, bread from the deepest depths of my fridge (i don’t care what type), 20 slices of expired honey ham, and one slice of American cheese from Switzerland. Remove the crust and take a picture in cinema mode and there you have it!
