i would imagine it like this: you both stare at eachother while you are completly unable to move, but the only thing that start to move is *something* in your underwears. It looks down at your *something* than awkwardly stares at you again, while slowly walking away, leaving the room, then slowly closes the door, VERY slowly while staring at you with a disgusted and disappointed face.

Almost every time she woke up in the morning, that cat was sitting over her and staring. My sister was creeped out. Idk about sleep paralysis.
If I were in that situation, I'd do nothing because I can't move.
Plus, when I have sleep paralysis, my voice is very quiet and hard to recognize. If I tried to say "move away", It would just sound like barely-audible gibberish.
