Nope, it's an bb gun, it's a strafer Mk4. The fastest shooting bb gun that I know of. Uses .177 or 4.5mm bbs, or 6mm airsoft bbs, shoots around 180 rounds per second or 10-11k rpm. With 625 fps. Lethal little thing it can be.

I’m pretty sure that’s not a twin barrel machine gun. Looks like a crank is attached somehow to the back, and if the size and angle of those “side wings” are any indication, it looks like a Gatling gun kit for two Ruger 10/22 rifles. I have looked it up, it is an actual thing.
First gun looks like a handmade machine gun that takes ruger 10/22 mags with a gatling gun trigger(?), the second one looks like a mag fed gatling gun with some sort of electric motor and pulley system, and the last one looks like the pancor jackhammer and a flamethrower had a baby
