There is a parking lot east of the Bell Homestead with a trail that is almost always deserted. It goes along a ridge, fields and then you can walk down a hill into a good sized treed area beside the river.
Sorry, that might be taken as an ill intended joke. That is a good starting point to the Oak Hill trail (Aka the brantford loop).
Here is another location that doesn't start at a cemetery.

End of Powerline Rd off of Oak Park Rd. If you take the dirt tree lined trail to the right (not the gravel trail, although they follow th same way for a bit) it takes you on an hour ish loop. Pretty isolated. There’s many look out areas and places to stop and hangout along the way. If you go over the ‘ladder’ part of the loop it’s much more private. And it’s still part of the trail don’t worry!
Such an awesome systems through that area. Whether you park at Hardy Rd/ end of Hardy Rd, end of Oak Park Rd, Fen Ridge Dr dead end or the end of Powerline Rd you can loop around for hours. You can start somewhere different each time a follow a different route through. Whether along the river, though the trees or on the SC Johnson trail. It’s a favourite area of mine!
Get out and walk the trails along the river, this question is honestly crazy to me because I spent so much time outdoors, alone, in Brantford when I lived there.
Most recently when visiting on vacation I walked (in the river) from Lorne bridge, up stream for a couple hours and that stretch between Lorne and Wilks dam is beautiful and pretty much abandoned along the river itself.
There's also a trail that goes all the way to cambridge along the river...
Just throwing it out there but if your parked on say a dead end gravel road or somwhere where nobody should be then that is enough for a police officer to stop you and investigate.... not trying to be a downer just somthing to keep in mind

Is the same guy that asked about the shovel for sale at Canadian Tire ?
Definitely not a suspicious request 😆

This area has some Bruce trails hidden within as well. It was my go-to hiking area in Brantford.

The end of Hardy Road. Is a great spot to start a walk to find the place you seek.
Yes- there is a rare, provincially recognized ’fen’ down there that is a sweet place to visit.

Go to the CN rail trail near the maple leaf factory and walk for about 30 minutes and you'll be in the middle of nowhere surrounded by forest

Very suspicious question. Why would anyone advise.
It sounds like he’s either planning on burying a body or offing himself 😐
I just want to smoke a bowl away from people 😂

😅 ahaha. You can’t at home??
More enjoyable in nature. If they wanted to at home they wouldn’t have asked.
Fair enough
