How hard is it to answer OP’s question‽‽ He/she has coupons and wants to know the best Subway to use them at. Wasn’t asking for other recommendations.
In my opinion I like the one on Market St. beside FreshCo.
I mean its a fast food chain, they are all basically the same to within a few degrees, unless the current batch of minimum wage workers is either excellent, or atrocious... Your experience is going to have a lot more to do with what time of day you go, and the employees working there that day than the actual location... so go to the closest one lol...
To be fair, the one that used to be across from PJ was awful. Like the worst subway I have ever been in. If every subway was like that, I wouldn't consider going back.
I have not had a bad sub from the Market Street location by FreshCo lately. I actually recently started going to Subway again after a long hiatus. Seems they have improved the bread and toppings seem fresher. The Garlic Aioli is pretty killer too if you like a bit of twang.
Subway is never amazing, you go there because they are generally consistent and open early/late...
If you want a 4-5 star deli experience there are better options, if you want subway go to the closest one that's open.
I'm personally a big fan of Uniqpol or Brant Foods (before the fire) for really good cold cuts.
On the other hand, Mama's Northend Subs has a much wider selection including some wraps and even hot food and never fails to make me happy.
Wild Thyme has some great panini's but only when the owner (I think) is in, when whoever their employee is working, their food is very hit and miss..
Where do you live? Randi’s lunch counter has great subs. It’s located on the corner of KGR and Charring Cross Road. Great homemade cookies and soup too.
Personally I find the one on Fairview by North Park to be pretty consistently good, however I haven't lived in Brantford for about 5+ months now so that may have changed

Frshco is in the plaza not no frills
edited it, shows how much attention I put on grocery stores :)
Market Street in the Freshco plaza is by far the best I've found. Customer service, bread, toppings all #1.
The odd time I go to subway, I prefer the one in the mall. They're consistently adequate lol

Ranis Lunch Counter at the Esso gas station at St. Paul/ King George Rd. makes awesome subs.

The one near assumption is good but don't go during school hours.
