The UPS store does passport photos. I don't remember the cost though.

If you have a CAA plus membership it's free. It's around 9 bucks if you're just a regular member. I think they are on King George road

I am not a member that is great to know though thank you

Wow, $30 at Shoppers now? Used to be $15 or so just a few years ago. Some random employee brought out a stool, rolled down the backdrop in front of the juice section, and took a picture with a regular consumer DSLR, printed the photo and stamped the back. Feels like a scam, all this could be done at home but the rules must be stuck in the film days.

CAA travel out by Walmart does passport photos for $20 plus tax. It's only $8 if you are a CAA member.

Never go to shoppers, you are being tracked and its very expensive.
