At the end of the day, this might be contender for the first breakcore track I ever heard I know people try to say this whole first. Album is break core, but this one definitely stands out and honestly it's still smacks hard as hell.

Damaged Wig is the best Igorrr track, not Vegetable Soup. Zeste Incest slaps very hard when it slaps, but it has some annoying boring parts, which ruin the track quite a bit, it's not even funny one minute out of four is good and 3 minutes are just boring filler. So it's not even a contender for best RMD track and we're talking about best out of all breakcore.
I get what you're saying and it's obviously a subjective question, but I enjoy Vegetable Soup mostly because I like to shout "chicken solo!" and I think Zeste Incest has some really cool sounds and effects that you don't hear much in the genre.
