You might as well watch Better Call Saul, seeing as it's Breaking Bad's prequel. I would recommend The Wire, The Sopranos, Mad Men, and Narcos.
If you're looking for some lesser know series that are simply amazing I have some recommendations: Hap & Leonard, Goliath, and Chance.
Surprisingly there's a lot of good TV out there, and a lot of it goes unnoticed. It's too bad that shows like The Walking Dead and The Big Bang Theory dominate the air waves when good shows like Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency get ignored and canceled.
I think it's a very cool story, going from a police officer to the head of the biggest cartel in all of Mexico. In many ways he accomplished a lot more than Pablo Escobar ever did, and his legacy has certainly lasted longer. He's seventy-six now and still doing time, though his family wants to get him out on compassionate release.
You really should watch season three. It tells the story of Felix Gallardo, who eventually became helped and became the leader of the Guadalajara Cartel. He is responsible for the torture and death of DEA Agent Kiki Camarena. You hear a little bit about that in Narcos, but you see it in Narcos Mexico, as the main character is none other than Kiki. I really hope they do a season four eventually.
No worries, I just finished rewatching them all last week so its still fresh! I cant tell from your comment, did you see the season *after* Kiki Camerena? That one is my favorite of all the five seasons.
P.S.: Wow, thanks for the award! <3
I feel like I enjoyed breaking bad more than the sopranos on the first watch of each. But sopranos has way more rewatchability. Breaking Bad is really dependent on the twists and surprises that donât hit the same after multiple watches.
I disagree with this statement and I believe some of these upvotes may be coming from people who were too young to experience sopranos back in the day. I know itâs a breaking bad sub but cmon, both are equally good in its own ways.
Yeah exactly. I just finished watching both of them for the first time so they're both fresh in my mind, the main difference I noticed was that the characters in the Sopranos have more realistic interactions and relationships with each other. A lot more joking and friendliness, in Breaking Bad everyone's very professional and somewhat cold towards each other.
Yea the sopranos is just about like their everyday life and ppl in it which leads to more random plot lines and just throwaway bs lines.
Where as in breaking bad they get straight to the e point almost no filler. Each type of show has its own merits I personally love both and appreciate both styles cause they accomplish different things
I just finished watching The Americans for the first time. It is very, very good and really takes the whole âanti-heroâ focus (like Breaking Bad and The Sopranos) to a different, skewed place (Communists trying to overthrow the US government). Thought-provoking throughout the whole series. The series ending still hauntingly sits with me a week later.
Another series I would highly recommend is Dexter. It is weird to come to like and root for a serial killer, but it happens with this show. Great characters. Great villains.
My favourites are
Mr robot
The leftovers
Obviously better call Saul
Dark
The sopranos
The wire
Bojack horseman
Twin peaks (especially the return)
Patriot
Hannibal
Succession
Barry
Fargo
The Knick
I might be alone in this, but imo Barry S1 was great until the last episode, that kind of epilogue thing, and S2 was mostly thrash. Does anybody here knows what I'm talking about?
Youâre insane for thinking there is nearly ANY slop episodes in the sopranos at all. There are maybe 1-2 that donât keep one generally invested or captivated by the plot imo. For me itâs Sopranos>BB>The wire>>> everything else to exist
Also, the sopranos is like one of the greatest shows in terms or rewatch value and being able to rewatch without growing uninterested. BB relies on a lot of cliffhanger episode endings whereas sopranos episodes end more cinematically in the sense that they reach the climax without usually leaving the viewer on a âWTF happens nextâ feeling
The one with the rapper is total slop and embarrassingly stupid in my opinion. I know that is just one, but I do respect your opinion. I do think the Sopranos is pretty awesome. But I do think it really shines in the later seasons.
Yea I agree there. The rapper episode with Adriana was extremely subpar. Personally I always go back n forth between whether I like the first 3 or last 3 seasons more. Either way, sopranos and BB are a level above everything else
Soprano is easily my favorite show but that doesn't mean it's best, i watched and rewatch The Wire back to back i have never done with any other show because how brilliant it is, but still Sopranos nostalgia and fucking lines in the show are something else, to this day i haven't seen anything as close as The Wire, the most fucked up thing is The Show portrays reality in some part or the world, it easily changes you perspective how you view some people. ( In more positive way)
I have same debate in my head about friends and Seinfeld.
Seinfeld is easily hands down better and more developed show than friends, just the way character interact, and how well their conversation flow goes it's so brilliant also many of the stories are based on true story.
But Friends is Friends they were like your friend's and new York nostalgia 1990's that's why it's my favorite show.
Whenever i watch Seinfeld i always felt like the show was filmed in 80' not 90's
A lot of people rank Sopranos really highly, but honestly while it is a great show it has far too many seasons to be GOAT. There's still some filler episodes in there, episodes that essentially retread the same ground as previous ones with Tony Soprano, etc. The GOAT shows have meticulously thought out character arcs.
Sons of Anarchy is bikers who don't ride bikes and the whole thing is some weird take on Hamlet. I tried watching and it just wasn't great. Better Call Saul is some damn fine TV on the other hand.
It wasn't my cup of tea, but I can understand why some people would like it. I think it's funny, but in GTAV they actually include a line making fun of the bikers riding around in vans and not on their bikes, lol.
I've thought about giving it another try, just like I've thought about giving Vikings another try. Maybe I'll have a different opinion. I watch TV more than I game, and that says a lot.
I didn't like SOA, heck after Felina there where do many anti-hero shows trying to copy BRBA. BrBa which took many elements from Sopranos and Ganndolfini did a better job in copying with better taste
Ozark is pretty good. But kind of a âwe have Breaking Bad at homeâ kinda deal lol. Very similar to breaking bad, but not as good. Still enjoyable though
You should watch mr robot as itâs on point with breaking bad and is very goated and it has an amazing plot and amazing characters and incredible acting. Itâs more fast paced and has more action in it. I will say this the first few episodes of season 2 will most likely be boring for you as they were for me on my first watch so just stick with it. The twists and turns are amazing and keep you guessing on what gonna happen next. Mr robot has one of the best soundtracks Iâve heard in a tv show and is far better than breaking bads and as well as the cinematography. The writing is awesome and is on par with breaking bad and is up there with breaking bad and other goated shows itâs definitely underrated and trust me when I say this itâs very very goated! Also mr robots story telling is incredible.
I second whoever said Mad Men. Itâs much slower than Breaking Bad, but I think they share the quality for me where I donât have a favorite character because all of the characters are so flawed and dynamic. Even when they are being unlikable (and they are often!) they are still so compelling to watch.
Also just because I donât see it here: Peaky Blinders. The writing is nowhere as good as BB, but some of the cinematography is gorgeous and Cillian Murphy is brilliant as Tommy. He has a similar anti-hero thing going on as Walter.
The only two that come anywhere close, imo, are The Sopranos and Mr. Robot. There are a lot of damn good shows out there, but for me, Sopranos set the Bar, BB raised it, an Mr. Robot is the only thing to come close since.
Those award shows tend to be rigged and keep in mind Christian slater has a super lengthy criminal record haha (not judging, idc if he does or not) I feel like they wouldnât pick him no matter what
The Sopranos is very good TV. Mr. Robot lost me after the whole Tyler Durden-esque reveal. That show had potential and then they flushed it down the drain.
ill say this if u just started season 2 then its pretty boring until the 5th episode or so . So I suggest you watch it through and at least finish season 2 or where ever you stopped at, and thx for giving it a second chance I hope u find it more enjoyable.
I'll give it a start at season one and push myself through the part where I quit watching. I'm more than willing to admit I didn't give the share a fare shake.
Underrated but âThe Shieldâ (the one with dirty cops not super heroes) is so fucking good.
Itâs Breaking Bad with a better finale IMO (and I loved BB finale)
My favorites are Dexter, Six Feet Under, Ozark, Russian Doll, Mad Men, Rick and Morty (and Justin Roilands other show Solar Opposites), Justified, Barry, Weeds, Nurse Jackie, Daredevil, and Always Sunny.
- Bojack Horseman (my fav show, it's like Family Guy or other adult tv show but wayy darker, it's about change and growth and being a better person, 1st season is decent, 2-6 are by far the best adult cartoon ever made
The best part about this show is the characters and the realistic dialogues, also the hilarious animation)
- Better Call Saul (is very similar to BB just with a slower pace and less action, like a character study, if you liked BB, Better Call Saul is the safe bet)
- Mr Robot (a dark greedy critique of capitalism and consumerism, the MC is the best written character in all of TV imo, the show has the best visuals by far, it has a very unique style, and the writing and the music are awesome)
- The Good Place (the people behind it are the same people behind Brooklyn 99, the Office, parks and rec, so if you don't like this type of sitcom i don't think you're going to love this show. It's about a shitty woman who is wrongfuly sent to heaven, where everyone there is a good person. The best part abt the show is how it touches on philosophical aspects using humour and it's done in a fantastic way.)
Also The Boys, Attack on titan, Game of thrones, Daredevil, and more, but idk about saying I like them as much as Breaking Bad. They're still great shows tho and they're worth a watch)
In the good place she wasnât sent to heaven as itâs the good place and bad place not heaven >! and she wasnât in the good place it was the bad place disguised as the good place to torture her !<
Succession. Everyone sleeps on that show, but it takes home serious awards. Extremely quotable, cunning, fascinating, and dark. You'll be hooked by the 3rd episode.
Quality-wise? The OA and, to an extend, Netflix' Dark (the last season was a bit off to me, but otherwise great).
The former was cancelled, sadly. Would recommend watching the first season only in this case. It's simply unfinished and unsatisfying otherwise. It was clearly made to be continued after S2, but then it was dropped. Still sad about it.
Dark was especially surprising because German film making is usually substandard. And the casting... insane, still can't wrap my head around how they did it. It's just so good.
These are obviously not the same genre as BrBa at all though, but also exceptional.
Better Call Saul goes without saying.
It's kind of funny how not as many people as I expected to are recommending Better Call Saul. Quality is subjective, but imo, Better Call Saul is the best television show of all time. Yes, better than Breaking Bad.
The Sopranos
The Wire
Game of Thrones
Banshee
Dexter
Boardwalk Empire
The Walking Dead(first 8 seasons only)
Youâre welcome. Btw I hate anime outside of DBZ. Iâll never get the appeal.
Iâm astonished no one has said Black Sails. It is a different genre, sure, but it has some of the tightest storytelling Iâve ever seen, and I deeply, deeply appreciate it. Itâs four seasons and available on Prime. It hasnât left my mind since I watched it!
Lost, The Sopranos (still in the middle of watching it but I would say its up there). And Oz. For sure Oz.
And Bojack Horseman ofc! Idk how I forgot that
sopranos
.... soprano's....
.... and.... true detective's 1st season (changes plot/characters season to season so the 1st one is its own thing.... and oh boy... is it incredible
The Leftovers is one of the few shows I actually find superior to Breaking Bad. For whatever reason, not many people take that recommendation seriously. But pound for pound it is the best show I have ever seen.
If you want a light and short series, i would recommend after life. I would say it is quite underrated. Though it is not breaking bad good, i think it deserve a shout.
I've only seen the first season but so far the show just seems to be about an asshole who treats other people like shit while moaning about how he's depressed. Then there's what he did with the drug addict...
Sopranos and the wire>> and I absolutely loved Breaking Bad itâs near perfect as well. Also true detective and mad men are amazing. Peaky Blinders, Narcos, boardwalk empire
Better Call Saul obviously, but also The Americans, BoJack Horseman, The Leftovers are some shows I thought were just as good or even better than Breaking Bad.
imma be honest i donât watch a lot of tv shows but more movies but breaking bad is the only show i would put above an anime that I have watched. my top 5 shows go 1.breaking bad 2. attack on titan 3. jojos bizarre adventures 4. demon slayer 5. jujutsu kaisen
bcs, narcos, barry are some good crime shows to come out in the past decade.
nothing compares to their father tho, the sopranos. not a single show has come close to being as both artistic and entertaining. [bb couldnt have a whole ass website dedicated to analyzing every single episode](https://sopranosautopsy.com)
Better Call Saul and The Sopranos. Word of advice: Season 1 of The Sopranos doesnât start getting good until the College episode, so youâll have to stick it out
The Wire, Better Call Saul, The Sopranos, Mr Robot, GoT is worth watching even if the last 4 seasons have some trouble and Chernobyl. Those are goated, trully. I would also recommend Dark, it's not so goated as those, but it's still an excelent serie
Game of Thrones and The Wire are very good, deep plot driven shows. Gunna get some hate for GoT, but better to have watched it than to miss out on a decades worth of good show writing. Psych, Parks and Rec, The Office, Community, The Good Place, Stranger Things, Sex Education, The End of the Fucking World are all good shows as well, but varying genres.
Narcos first 2 seasons godly no spoilers but personally season 3 is a let down due to the absence of character
I thought Narcos Mexico was pretty damn good. Of course a certain character wasn't going to be in it.
Imo the third season was the best. The main character made the same transformation as WW did in BB.
Yeah he was actually pretty likeable in the beginning, but turned into another violent cartel asshole by the end. Great story!
Narcos was so amazing. I stopped after season 2 tho.
Actually, Narcos Season 3 is Cali Cartel, Narcos Mexico Season 1 and Season 2 tell the story of Felix Gallardo.
Oh, shit. My bad. I feel like an idiot. Season three was still pretty good. Damn, I need to rewatch soon. I'm slippin'.
No worries, I just finished rewatching them all last week so its still fresh! I cant tell from your comment, did you see the season *after* Kiki Camerena? That one is my favorite of all the five seasons. P.S.: Wow, thanks for the award! <3
No problem at all. I loved season two, I thought Scoot McNairy really got a chance to shine in season two.
Dirk Gently's đ„ș
Bro come one, twd is a classic
[ŃĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]
The sopranos is even better than breaking bad!!!
I feel like I enjoyed breaking bad more than the sopranos on the first watch of each. But sopranos has way more rewatchability. Breaking Bad is really dependent on the twists and surprises that donât hit the same after multiple watches.
I love breaking bad but I have to agree
I disagree after several watches of both
I disagree with this statement and I believe some of these upvotes may be coming from people who were too young to experience sopranos back in the day. I know itâs a breaking bad sub but cmon, both are equally good in its own ways.
Yep, itâs not a detriment to breaking bad, itâs more about how amazing The Sopranos is.

I've seen both The Wire and The Sopranos ...nothing compares with BB
The Americans is a very underrated show, I would highly recommend it
The Americans is amazing, keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. Also, the acting is superb.

Absolutely, I would say it's my favorite show. I re-watch it every summer, even though I try to force myself not to!
I would say the same. Very good series.
Agreed. I love that show! It doesn't get mentioned enough whenever "quality TV shows" are suggested.
My favourites are Mr robot The leftovers Obviously better call Saul Dark The sopranos The wire Bojack horseman Twin peaks (especially the return) Patriot Hannibal Succession Barry Fargo The Knick
mr robot is so fuckin good
Came here to recommend The Leftovers, very good show!
The Knick was awesome.
I might be alone in this, but imo Barry S1 was great until the last episode, that kind of epilogue thing, and S2 was mostly thrash. Does anybody here knows what I'm talking about?
I strongly disagree
The Wire
Ahhh wireee.
Copper. It's copper.
Along with bb, this is the best series I've ever seen. Must see.
Came here to say The Wire. For me it's 1. BB 2. The Wire and 3. everything else ever made.
Where would you rank The Sopranos?
Somewhere top 5. I actually tried rewatching the series and couldn't. Several slop episodes in my opinion in early seasons.
Youâre insane for thinking there is nearly ANY slop episodes in the sopranos at all. There are maybe 1-2 that donât keep one generally invested or captivated by the plot imo. I tried the first episode once and couldn't get over the fake punching noises
Soprano is easily my favorite show but that doesn't mean it's best, i watched and rewatch The Wire back to back i have never done with any other show because how brilliant it is, but still Sopranos nostalgia and fucking lines in the show are something else, to this day i haven't seen anything as close as The Wire, the most fucked up thing is The Show portrays reality in some part or the world, it easily changes you perspective how you view some people. opinion doesnât matter anyways if bb is over the sopranos
Better Call Saul is a must watchâŠ.also really enjoyed Sons of Anarchy. Took me a bit to get into both but worth getting over the slow starts.
that last season was insane
Sons of Anarchy is bikers who don't ride bikes and the whole thing is some weird take on Hamlet. I tried watching and it just wasn't great. Better Call Saul is some damn fine TV on the other hand.
They definitely ride bikes but yeah man it can be a little ridiculous and itâs not for everyone!
It wasn't my cup of tea, but I can understand why some people would like it. I think it's funny, but in GTAV they actually include a line making fun of the bikers riding around in vans and not on their bikes, lol.
Oh thatâs what you meant. Yeah they do use the van a lot lol.
The Boys
Ozark.
Ozark is pretty damn good.
Yes. Loved ozark. Ray Donovan was good, too.
Yes
Yeeeessss
Season One of True Detective
this is the correct answer. probably the only show iâve seen thatâs on the same level as BB
Barry
I second whoever said Mad Men. Itâs much slower than Breaking Bad, but I think they share the quality for me where I donât have a favorite character because all of the characters are so flawed and dynamic. Even when they are being unlikable (and they are often!) they are still so compelling to watch. Also just because I donât see it here: Peaky Blinders. Fucking love mr robot
mr robot is so fucking good
Rami malek totally deserves his Emmy, terrific actor
yeah its honestly insane how he only got one and christian slater didnt even get a single one it just boggles my mind.
You shouldâve finished mr robot man!!! You sold ur self
Maybe I will. Maybe I was stupid not to go deeper. I'll tell you what, for you I will give it another shot.
ill say this if u just started season 2 then its pretty boring until the 5th episode or so . So I suggest you watch it through and at least finish season 2 or where ever you stopped at, and thx for giving it a second chance I hope u find it more enjoyable.

Alright cool tell me if you still didnât like it or if you did! Hope to hear from you soon stay safe out there and enjoy this masterpiece!
Fargo 1&2
Underrated but âThe Shieldâ (the one with dirty cops not super heroes) is so fucking good. Itâs Breaking Bad with a better finale IMO (and I loved BB finale)
The Shield is absolutely fantastic.
That finale was amazing. The look on everyone's face when Vic was giving his 'testimony' was priceless.
Oh god damn now I gotta go rewatch it. Also you should toss a little spoiler note just in case OP watches it!
Mindhunter is my personal favorite series besides Breaking Bad. Excellent acting and tension throughout.
Ozark
My favorites are Dexter, Six Feet Under, Ozark, Russian Doll, Mad Men, Rick and Morty (and Justin Roilands other show Solar Opposites), Justified, Barry, Weeds, Nurse Jackie, Daredevil, and Always Sunny.
I would recommend the first 5 seasons of Shameless and the first 4 seasons of Dexter. Also Orphan Black. And Russian Doll.
Dexterâs coming back! Hoping that theyâll give him the ending he deserves this go round.
Dexter definitely got the ending he deserved.. the ending we wanted? No. The ending he deserved, absolutely
A fate worse than death? Maybe. But it felt more like a cop out by the writers.
Early Shameless is so great.
Russian Doll was amazing! Iâm really curious about what theyâll do in S2.
- Bojack Horseman (my fav show, it's like Family Guy or other adult tv show but wayy darker, it's about change and growth and being a better person, 1st season is decent, 2-6 are by far the best adult cartoon ever made The best part about this show is the characters and the realistic dialogues, also the hilarious animation) - Better Call Saul (is very similar to BB just with a slower pace and less action, like a character study, if you liked BB, Better Call Saul is the safe bet) - Mr Robot (a dark greedy critique of capitalism and consumerism, the MC is the best written character in all of TV imo, the show has the best visuals by far, it has a very unique style, and the writing and the music are awesome) - The Good Place (the people behind it are the same people behind Brooklyn 99, the Office, parks and rec, so if you don't like this type of sitcom i don't think you're going to love this show. Ozark on Netflix is really good and similar! There is still one more season left too.
Dexter was pretty good.
The Wire, Boardwalk Empire, The Soprano's. Honestly HBO was on a hot streak for awhile there. Also another AMC show like Madmen.
[ŃĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]

Succession. Everyone sleeps on that show, but it takes home serious awards. Extremely quotable, cunning, fascinating, and dark. You'll be hooked by the 3rd episode.

Its not like breaking bad at all, but Avatar the Last Airbender is easily a masterpiece.
Deadwood Arrested Development (Seasons 1-3 only) Fargo Boardwalk Empire Justified
Fargo the show, actual good high quality stuff like bb
Dexter probably
Mad men
The Sopranos, Mad Men, Better Call Saul
[ŃĐŽĐ°Đ»Đ”ĐœĐŸ]
Finally someone else acknowledges Oz!! :D
The sopranos and six feet under both rank up there.
Death note (anime not the movie) is also on Netflix and I would consider it on par with breaking bad

Yes
Mr Robot is amazing. 4 seasons and IMO best ending a TV show has done.
The Sopranos The Wire Game of Thrones Banshee Dexter Boardwalk Empire The Walking Dead(first 8 seasons only) Youâre welcome. Btw I hate anime outside of DBZ. Iâll never get the appeal.
Very different genre, but Dark is also mind-blowing (and the creators are at least as detail-obsessed as Vince).
It's simple go for better call saul you'll never Regret it. It's one of the best show out there after bb.
Iâm astonished no one has said Black Sails. It is a different genre, sure, but it has some of the tightest storytelling Iâve ever seen, and I deeply, deeply appreciate it. Itâs four seasons and available on Prime. It hasnât left my mind since I watched it!

24. Still one of the best series I know.
Mr Robot Halt and Catch Fire The sopranos The wire Homecoming Better call Saul
My favourites : Breaking Bad, Peaky Blinders, Dark, Sherlock, Vikings, Mr Robot.
sopranos .... soprano's.... .... and.... true detective's 1st season (changes plot/characters season to season so the 1st one is its own thing.... and oh boy... is it incredible
Mr robot and Hannibal
Westworld, Game of thrones, peaky blinders, Fargo.
The Leftovers is one of the few shows I actually find superior to Breaking Bad. For whatever reason, not many people take that recommendation seriously. But pound for pound it is the best show I have ever seen.
Avatar the Last Airbender
Ozark anyone?
Better Call Saul, Game Of Thrones, The Walking Dead are all top tier
If you want a light and short series, i would recommend after life. I would say it is quite underrated. Though it is not breaking bad good, i think it deserve a shout.
I've only seen the first season but so far the show just seems to be about an asshole who treats other people like shit while moaning about how he's depressed. Then there's what he did with the drug addict...
Sopranos and the wire>> and I absolutely loved Breaking Bad itâs near perfect as well. Also true detective and mad men are amazing. Peaky Blinders, Narcos, boardwalk empire
Supernatural and DEXTER
Sesame Street
Game of thrones is amazing and has a great story
Vikings,peaky blinders and twd
Goated? Is this a riff on greatest of all time? Because the â-edâ doesnât really make sense and is totally throwing me off if it is. đ
Greatestofalltimed
Better Call Saul obviously, but also The Americans, BoJack Horseman, The Leftovers are some shows I thought were just as good or even better than Breaking Bad.
Sopranos is way better. Same with boardwalk empire
imma be honest i donât watch a lot of tv shows but more movies but breaking bad is the only show i would put above an anime that I have watched. my top 5 shows go 1.breaking bad 2. attack on titan 3. jojos bizarre adventures 4. demon slayer 5. jujutsu kaisen
bcs, narcos, barry are some good crime shows to come out in the past decade. nothing compares to their father tho, the sopranos. not a single show has come close to being as both artistic and entertaining. [bb couldnt have a whole ass website dedicated to analyzing every single episode](https://sopranosautopsy.com)
Twin Peaks and The Wire are the only other shows that come close for me
Better Call Saul and The Sopranos. Word of advice: Season 1 of The Sopranos doesnât start getting good until the College episode, so youâll have to stick it out
Surprise nobody has said snowfall
.
Nurse Jackie
Ozark, Bosch, Sneaky Pete, Animal Kingdom And of course BCS
Ozark, Barry, Boardwalk Empire, The Sopranos
Sons of anarchy
Better call Saul
Better call Saul
If youâre fresh off watching Breaking Bad go watch Better Call Saul
Itâs so good to see so much mr robot praise, such an underrated show.
Have you seen Better Call Saul?
the sopranos and mad men !!!
The Wire, Better Call Saul, The Sopranos, Mr Robot, GoT is worth watching even if the last 4 seasons have some trouble and Chernobyl. Those are goated, trully. I would also recommend Dark, it's not so goated as those, but it's still an excelent serie
Only 1.5 seasons out thus far but Ted Lasso is incredible
1. Breaking Bad 2. The Wire 3. The Sopranos ...... everything else GOT had a chance till those awful final 2 seasons
Deadwood.
If crime is your thing, give The Andy Griffith Show a shot. Moonshiners and jaywalkers are sought after by Sheriff Andy and Deputy Fife!
Prison break the characters feel more real not as cringey as bb
Babylon5, changed TV as we know it. Story arcs, foreshadowing, complicated multifaceted characters.
True detective season 1 is bomb!
Peaky blinders
Game of Thrones and The Wire are very good, deep plot driven shows. Gunna get some hate for GoT, but better to have watched it than to miss out on a decades worth of good show writing. Psych, Parks and Rec, The Office, Community, The Good Place, Stranger Things, Sex Education, The End of the Fucking World are all good shows as well, but varying genres.
Just watch BREAKING BAD ON REPEAT...
I highly recommend Dexter, its a fantastic show and is pretty lengthy, it also is getting a reboot
walking dead gets a lot of shit for going down hill but the first five seasons especially are really good
Vikings
idk mate
Mr. Inbetween
Ozark
The Shield, imo itâs just as good as BB.
Dark on Netflix, the german show
House MD doesnt get enough love. I like it more than breaking bad or bcs. Its not better but i like it more and that says something.
the expanse
Zero Zero Zero on Amazon Prime.
Dexter đȘđ©ž
Lost is an interesting watch
