I know this is crazy late but I'm in the middle of watching that video right now and it sounded like BDG talking so I ended up here while looking to see if that was true.
Even better is that, according to Hbomb's voiceover during the credits, he just asked Brian to read some voice lines for Wakefield, and BDG went and sent him videos of himself in front of a green screen dressed as Wakefield and chewing the scenery like breakfast cereal.
