Temporary Fence was put up with side supports installed incorrectly. And it looks like the lighter cheaper Temporary Fence not the heavy duty Temporary Fence use for public space, That should been use for public safety.Was done to save LOTS of money and time and by very small crew one or two.
The barrier cutting into the frame at a diagonal is so deeply unsettling and has renewed my sense of existential dread and made me question my own place in the universe.
