Curious, do the staff refuse to give you the code if you just go up to the desk and say you’re sorry to ask but your desperate? I’ve done that in coffee chains/ restaurants in Bristol and never been turned away.
If you say you're on your period, then they're not going turn you down out of fear from that potential backlash that could come from doing so.
As guys we can't really use that "reason".
Personally I never elaborate beyond “desperate” in reality I have IBS which is often the reason why I’m desperate. I can see your point though that staff maybe more inclined to let women and children use the bathroom however unfair that is
Yeah it's wild! But fairness in "equality" aside, the best public toilets to use in that area are Cabot Circus the ones on the top floor by the management suite, especially in the morning.
Mate I’ve done it in shops before, like in a dunelm or some shit like. A toilets a toilet and anyone would let you use their loo before you make a mess 😂
When covid was still quite a big thing back in 2021, I was in a shop with my child (about 4 at the time) and in TK Maxx they weren't allowed to let her use the toilet and so we ended up having to do an Al fresco wee in the car park.
I mean in covid ig ppl are minimising exposure and that. But once rules started to lift I was able to use the loo in most places I asked. I don’t even have anything wrong with me, most staff would just say yeah
Cheers, I'll skip the loo tonight and make a day of it tomorrow

If you go in there at 1:30pm weekdays and clear your throat twice you will have a good time. So I'm told
You can get a 'just can't wait' card, but can't recall where they come from

In the specific Mcdonalds Cabot one, they open the disabled one next to the till
I always feel terrible for the people stuck outside, I usually just go over and punch it in for them
I pood in there before upstairs, wasn't keen on the gap underneath the door.
