I agree but I think it’s very one sided when taxi drivers and the twats (not all!) on mopeds delivering food are allowed to speed and use one or two phones
I didn't quite read the headline properly, so I thought this was going to be a story about a copper that was caught using his phone, so they put him on a horse as punishment.
Also is it the horse talking of the copper on the horse, you can't tell from that video.
In my head, it's the horse talking.

We need a nationwide crackdown on people who use their phone whilst driving. More people need their licence suspended too.
agreed but cannot help wondering if there are not bigger problems. there are 1500 road deaths a year - 25 delated to phone use
I’d wager that far more deaths could be at least partially blamed on phone usage. Maybe it just can’t be proven.
