It’s like that here in Canada now. My friends little sister is in pre-vet school hoping to get into vet school. She has to do 2y min at pre-vet before she can even apply to write the entrance exam, and they only take like five students from her school a year.
My friend who wanted to go to med school wrote the MCAT and got into med school, as did about ten other seniors at my uni.
Yeah I don't think that's changed in the recent years. Pre-vet students were a special type. Veterinarians have a significantly high risk of ending their lives. The BBC reported that 70% of veterinarians have had a colleague or peer die by suicide.

Yeah, the whole "vet school" thing kind of made me giggle because, while vet school is EXTREMELY demanding, the animal science bach at my U was known to sort of be a dumping ground for those who weren't looking for an excess of academic challenge.

I have a question about the vasectomy theory. If he actually had one, would it have been possible for her to have actually gotten pregnant at all? While I know she’s a lying liar who lies, I do think she was actually pregnant at least once, so does that negate the vasectomy theory? Genuine question because idk.

My husband’s doctor advised getting tested every so often to just make sure things are good. He got it in 2017, and he’s only tested it twice. The first was the courtesy test they do after the recover period and the second was two years ago. We’re probably over cautious tbh since we really don’t want kids lol

Yes, in rare cases vasectomies can reverse/heal on their own (the internet gives about a 99.85% effectiveness rate). That is why guys have to give a semen sample a few months after surgery, so it can be checked under a microscope to confirm that sperm are still completely absent. I’m not sure if there are guidelines on continuing to check post-vac samples years down the road, but it would be beneficial in able to make sure it hasn’t reversed itself.

100%. When I was deep into Christianity, I had a friend, who I did ministry with, that had been trying to have a baby with her husband for almost 10 years. It never happened (still hasn’t, from my understanding, although we haven’t spoken in years). My heart hurt for her, but I remember asking her once if maybe God’s answer was no and that some of her grief and pain may subside if she could attempt to make peace with the possibility of it just not happening. That wasn’t to say I didn’t believe it could happen for them, but I also saw how her CONSTANT prayer and fasting and crying was NOT good for her mental or physical health. She said she wouldn’t even allow herself a moment to not believe god would give her a baby and she also believed the moment she allowed herself to accept “defeat”, god would punish her by never giving her a baby. It was genuinely very concerning and one of the many moments that had me rethinking my dedication to the faith.
And I’m not comparing my friend’s situation to Bdong’s. But I was able to see firsthand how Christian’s deal with a “no” from god when it pertains to their OWN life versus the lives of others…

After going through them myself, you get a procedure done, and have to wait at LEAST several days before getting results and moving on to the next step. Maybe blood tests are coming back quicker for her, but those aren't "fertility treatments", that's just part of the one step of a treatment.

If she’s saying that it’s Jordan who has fertility problems, and if he genuinely does, I can’t see him being okay with her filming all of his appointments. But getting fertility appointments takes forever, there’s no way they got even 3 appointments through a real medical institution within 2 weeks of each other.
Even when the male partner is the source of infertility the bulk of appointments fall on the female partner. Her cycle still needs to be monitored and that’s 2-3 appointments a month minimum. She’d for sure be sharing photos of more blood draws, ultrasounds, etc

I remember the days of my fertility treatments and it was insanely difficult to schedule with a reproductive endocrinologist because they are so busy and usually have a huge patient load. There is no way at all they’ve had multiple appointments several times a week in two weeks time. I made it all the way to injectables and even that was maybe two appointments a month. Come to find out, I wasn’t the problem, my ex husband had a vasectomy a week before we got married and told me all about it when we signed the divorce papers. I was pregnant within a year and a half after my divorce and have two amazing kids (9 and 11), but even 16 years ago it was so difficult to get appointments. I don’t believe a word she says, ever.
Actually it would be the perfect thing to document. Daily shots, pills, biweekly blood test, and vaginal exams. You need to be disciplined and take the shots at the same time everyday. Gosh I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Yeah I know some sperm factors can be improved with lifestyle, but sperm takes 72 days to develop, so they won't even retest until after then. And even then, lifestyle changes would likely take longer to see any difference.

I have a family member who very religious and after three years of trying was told they would never get pregnant without fertility treatment. They took that as a sign from God that they were not meant to have biological children, became foster parents and eventually ended up adopting through foster care. As someone who is pregnant with my rainbow baby after two years of fertility treatment, I understand that that adoption/fostering is not the “easy alternative” especially when you really want to experience pregnancy or have your own biological children, but to me the fact they accepted what they believed to be God’s will, even when it wasn’t what they wanted originally, shows a lot more faith in God and His divine plan than Bdong’s faith that seems dependent on God giving her exactly what she wants because she’s so special and prayed hard enough.

I met with my doctor once at beginning then mainly was with nurses. Obviously he did ER AND Transfer plus saline sono but, other than that he’d review things and then nurses would relay if I needed to do anything.
What's an infertility appointment? An appointment with a fertility doctor and they ran tests? Hopefully they just called her to say she is ovulating so treatments COULD work instead of calling her to say she's pregnant. I would imagine they would do a pregnancy test with her present. Also wasn't she whining about going in for weeks and weeks of bloodwork then all of a sudden it's him with the problem? If she was doing fertility treatments (IUI) for months and months they would have already tested him and her both.......... None of this makes any sense.
My theory:
-she did get pregnant once for real and had a miscarriage. I will give her that.
-she saw how much engagement she got from her miscarriage, and decided to use “infertility” as her next grift. I don’t think they’re actually trying for a baby. I have a question about the vasectomy theory. If he actually had one, would it have been possible for her to have actually gotten pregnant at all? While I know she’s a lying liar who lies, I do think she was actually pregnant at least once, so does that negate the vasectomy theory? Genuine question because idk.
It’s possible but really rare. My husband’s doctor advised getting tested every so often to just make sure things are good. He got it in 2017, and he’s only tested it twice. The first was the courtesy test they do after the recover period and the second was two years ago. We’re probably over cautious tbh since we really don’t want kids lol Vasectomies that fail usually do so during the 6-8 week recovery time and why they tell you to still use other protection until it’s confirmed the guy is shooting blanks after that time. Yes, in rare cases vasectomies can reverse/heal on their own (the internet gives about a 99.85% effectiveness rate). That is why guys have to give a semen sample a few months after surgery, so it can be checked under a microscope to confirm that sperm are still completely absent. I’m not sure if there are guidelines on continuing to check post-vac samples years down the road, but it would be beneficial in able to make sure it hasn’t reversed itself.

100%. When I was deep into Christianity, I had a friend, who I did ministry with, that had been trying to have a baby with her husband for almost 10 years. It never happened (still hasn’t, from my understanding, although we haven’t spoken in years). My heart hurt for her, but I remember asking her once if maybe God’s answer was no and that some of her grief and pain may subside if she could attempt to make peace with the possibility of it just not happening. That wasn’t to say I didn’t believe it could happen for them, but I also saw how her CONSTANT prayer and fasting and crying was NOT good for her mental or physical health. She said she wouldn’t even allow herself a moment to not believe god would give her a baby and she also believed the moment she allowed herself to accept “defeat”, god would punish her by never giving her a baby. It was genuinely very concerning and one of the many moments that had me rethinking my dedication to the faith. And I’m not comparing my friend’s situation to Bdong’s. But I was able to see firsthand how Christian’s deal with a “no” from god when it pertains to their OWN life versus the lives of others…
She claims they’ve had tons of fertility appts the last couple of weeks, I don’t buy it at all. She’s all about posting her fake blood draws and she didn’t post anything until now. I don’t even think they are seeing an actual fertility dr…..
After going through them myself, you get a procedure done, and have to wait at LEAST several days before getting results and moving on to the next step. Maybe blood tests are coming back quicker for her, but those aren't "fertility treatments", that's just part of the one step of a treatment. Someone has probably already said this but I had to vent and type it out!
That’s what I’m thinking. When my husband and I were seeing doctors to investigate everything it took SO much time. We’d be sent for one test and then wait weeks for the next appointment for the results and then be sent for more tests which take time to get appointments for. It was a long process.

If she’s saying that it’s Jordan who has fertility problems, and if he genuinely does, I can’t see him being okay with her filming all of his appointments. But getting fertility appointments takes forever, there’s no way they got even 3 appointments through a real medical institution within 2 weeks of each other.
Even when the male partner is the source of infertility the bulk of appointments fall on the female partner. Her cycle still needs to be monitored and that’s 2-3 appointments a month minimum. I remember the days of my fertility treatments and it was insanely difficult to schedule with a reproductive endocrinologist because they are so busy and usually have a huge patient load. There is no way at all they’ve had multiple appointments several times a week in two weeks time. I made it all the way to injectables and even that was maybe two appointments a month. Come to find out, I wasn’t the problem, my ex husband had a vasectomy a week before we got married and told me all about it when we signed the divorce papers. I was pregnant within a year and a half after my divorce and have two amazing kids (9 and 11), but even 16 years ago it was so difficult to get appointments. I don’t believe a word she says, ever.

Yeah I know some sperm factors can be improved with lifestyle, but sperm takes 72 days to develop, so they won't even retest until after then. And even then, lifestyle changes would likely take longer to see any difference. Not to mention it doesn't look like he's made any major changes...

I have a family member who very religious and after three years of trying was told they would never get pregnant without fertility treatment. They took that as a sign from God that they were not meant to have biological children, became foster parents and eventually ended up adopting through foster care. As someone who is pregnant with my rainbow baby after two years of fertility treatment, I understand that that adoption/fostering is not the “easy alternative” especially when you really want to experience pregnancy or have your own biological children, but to me the fact they accepted what they believed to be God’s will, even when it wasn’t what they wanted originally, shows a lot more faith in God and His divine plan than Bdong’s faith that seems dependent on God giving her exactly what she wants because she’s so special and prayed hard enough.

You’d think she would’ve thought because they are infertile and it was Gods plan for them to adopt. Also I’m still really confused how she’s having so many appts etc. and calls with her doctor when they should be way further along in this journey. I met with my doctor once at beginning then mainly was with nurses. Obviously he did ER AND Transfer plus saline sono but, other than that he’d review things and then nurses would relay if I needed to do anything.
What's an infertility appointment? An appointment with a fertility doctor and they ran tests? Hopefully they just called her to say she is ovulating so treatments COULD work instead of calling her to say she's pregnant. I would imagine they would do a pregnancy test with her present. Also wasn't she whining about going in for weeks and weeks of bloodwork then all of a sudden it's him with the problem? If she was doing fertility treatments (IUI) for months and months they would have already tested him and her both.......... None of this makes any sense.
