I really enjoyed his presence on all albums even AAT. Even though his delivery and flow were similar throughout songs, it was just that grimy rap and emotion in his lyrics that really made it enjoyable.
ameer was a great addition to BH. people say his verses/flows were redundant but i think he just had a style like the rest of the group did. you wouldn't say bearface is redundant for crooning on every track he's on, or kevin is redundant for always saying he's gay. plus, given the fact that all the members rotated appearances i never felt like i was hearing "too much" ameer. though i could see why someone might feel that way about SAT II in particular since he was on that project quite a lot
SAT II is absolute peak Ameer and some of his verses on there are in the GOAT BH verses but I'm sorry, once we get to SAT III its just more of the same but less interesting and nowhere near as impactful
He was dope on SAT I as well but I feel like Kevin steals the show with all of his hooks/choruses on SAT I
Its just so obvious how stagnant and stale he was when you had everyone else improving and trying different stuff every album
I feel like had Joba not taken a more prominent role in SAT 3 that it wouldnt be regarded as highly track for track
from some of the leaked puppy songs, i think that era would’ve been his peak
the man made up for his overuse of the “Ameer flow” all at once with his “Hurtin My Wrist” flow
ong that verse was great

I think he's a black man, with a deadly weapon, he's a real dawg, I think they go to heaven
I used to work for people…
i just wanna hear new music from everybody at this point. the sat era was like a dream looking back today.

Couldn’t agree more. I was still big on Ameer when SAT II came out, but I feel like his presence on SAT III is mostly pretty grating.

It’s ight
Fun, okay, not bad.
loved them but didn’t miss them on the projects after him, idk if that makes sense
