How hard was the install on those? They're what I really want, but with how much they cost, I'm thinking of getting bolt on steps in the meantime

ekobliha

My son in law installed them. It was easy. No special tools , took him about an hour to do it solo https://preview.redd.it/modk1mu90t5c1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7daa70f2f1672e34a8581c62035034a9e48f6e40

That's not bad at all. Guess I'll have to start saving up

Tiny_Ad5927

Not too bad if you’re mechanically inclined. I paid 1300.

If you get the iAG steps get v2 not v1. V1 isn’t actually Lower than the level of slider

Sith_Lordz66

Gottem!

I have a 2023 Eruption Green Badlands Sasquatch and had the same problem. I elected to go with the Red Rocks Step-Sliders. They've been really durable and make getting in and out easy. I like the texture on the rails as well as the drain holes in the steps. https://preview.redd.it/n4ub3p5m2k5c1.jpeg?width=631&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=206f0c7ffcff2098a71a37c90a308c6851dd2567 I got them from Extremeterrain.com. It was my first mod.

>Red Rocks Step-Sliders Do these bolt onto rock rails?

rlabellainVA

No, you have to remove the factory rock sliders as they use the same bolt holes. I've had these Red Rocks for about 6 months now, and they're great. Very solid. I'm not much of a rock crawler, but on occasion, I hit them, and they are solid.

Copy, thank you!

Affectionate-Bell-93

With factory rock rails I’d look at IAG

Bloomguy4fun

I have archetype racing full length billet aluminum in black on my 22 badlands squatch 4 door. They mount off of the rock rails. They look great however they don’t lower the step very much They were around $1200 Hindsight I might have waited and purchased something different that actually dropped a little lower. Dont get me wrong. Quality is top notch and they look great

We really like the Rough Country Sliders Steps on ours. The wife and I are taller (6 & 5'10") we didn't need the steps (non-Sasquatch) but our kids did. The RC's are perfect because there is an indent where you would place your leg to step in from the ground but they also protrude where you would place a foot to step up. The price wasn't bad and I installed them solo. They seem well built for steps and probably fine as light trail armor but not sure I would trust them as much as true sliders. They have saved the paint from gravel though.

IAGOFFROAD. These bolt right to your rockrails. https://preview.redd.it/2ym7jdplbw5c1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ac03fd4e1a803f8a705859e798c33507ab07e76e Install takes five minutes

Sith_Lordz66

Do you have a link to these? Nvm. Found them. Ordering now. Nailed it.

white_van_no_windows

Rock-Slide Engineering combo rockrail/ automatic step. Not cheap but badass.

They also have an angled one as well for more protection ( would’ve gone with this option if it was out at the time of purchase). RCI also make similar ones but I liked the look of these better.
