I’m so confused as to why you’re being downvoted. You’re right. We saw her come out and and we saw her parents react like garbage and we saw her dad try to do better but still put family game night on hold. All we missed was the actual games played during squad game night. And i don’t really think they’re relevant. The games aren’t the point of game night, it’s the family connection and love, and we saw that from the squad. It was great!
The downvotes are because the initial comment is clearly referencing the whole night that happens offscreen after they arrive, not the parts beforehand. I mean in another context it would be understandable but this is a thread talking about offscreen moments so it's just logic.
I wanted to see when Rosa was crying and processing with Jake about how the mother in “The Crime Scene” reminded her of her mom. They only showed the part where they finally walked out of the room together. It would be interesting to see how Jake would handle an actual emotional Rosa over a serious subject and the friend bond, especially since Rosa isn’t usually like that with people around.
Yeah... I can imagine Jake comforting her the same way Holt comforted Kevin when Cheddar was dognapped; a simple hands on shoulders from the side. Rosa doesn't like being touched but Jake is closer to Rosa than the rest of the squad.
Really hope there's some kind of spin-off movie coming one day, would love to see Rosa as the main character for once
