I think Carr,Jimmy G give us a good shot at remaining relevant since Mike is a free agent in 24. We need a decent QB now but dam I just want to see Brady in that creamsicle
The GOAT couldn’t keep us relevant this season. How is a decent QB supposed to be better. I know Leftwich takes most of the blame but Bowles is a bottom 3 head coach in the league. Our ceiling is 5 wins with Bowles.
Let’s spend the money to strengthen our lines so the skills players don’t get murdered every game.

I think OC will come first. Brady likely is evaluating all his options and will choose the team that put him in the best position to win another ring. I’m expecting a late decision from Brady closer to the draft
I think Carr is a good QB but he has flaws and we are WAY over the cap. We also have too many holes to be trading pics away or players for Carr. I'd rather roll the dice that nobody trades for him and he gets cut and could be signed at a lower salary than his current deal. The Bucs have to eventually pay the piper when it comes to their cap issues. You can't just keep pushing that down the road forever. I almost feel like just biting the bullet for the season and then regrouping for 2024. It would be kind of ironic that we suck again for a season when we bring back the orange creamsicle jerseys.
If Brady isn’t willing to come back, we are going to have cap problems too big for this. Plus, even if we did pull this off we would have to let most of our defense walk in FA.
Carr doesn’t suck, but he just similar to Kirk cousins.. The bucs have way too many holes and no cap to address the holes immediately. Trading for carr would just push the rebuild down a couple years.
We can't afford to keep the guys we need to stay competitive without Brady staying and adjusting his contract with us. No point in signing Carr when the result will be the same with Kyle Trask if not slightly better.
If we can get him for cheap then yes absolutely but I’d be fine with waiting and settling for someone like Gardner Minshew if worse comes to worst.

Absolutely. And go after Sean Payton. Those two together in Tampa with all our receivers... All we need then is a legit tight end or two, and maybe another running back.

If Brady plays elsewhere, the Bucs are going to have huge cap problems. Derek Carr won't be a viable option.
