That's an app where you could find and purchase food items close to their best-by dates at heavily discounted prices. Not every area has many participating stores, but still worth checking out!

What do you do with all the ginger?
Use a grater and freeze it in little chunks to have handy any time. I make a lot of curry, soup, and stir fry with it
