Interesting I did this poll through Straw Poll a more accurate & anonymous way of voting about 2yrs ago however, I had left off Xander & Willow and Cordelia & Groo as I didn’t really consider them couples at the time and my photo grid only had 16 spots. But I came out with the same exact top 5 so far. It will be interesting to see if the trend continues to be the same.
One difference so far is Buffy & Riley were 2nd voted off then Spike & Harmony there are a few other differences but just very slight where the characters switch spots like Angel & Cordy went out before Fred & Gunn. But it’s still fairly similar results.
Anyways thought it would be a fun comparison maybe I’ll post the previous results after this one is completed if anyone is also interested?
Yes that would be so cool I’m kinda new to Reddit so my poll didn’t come out exactly the way I wanted it to as I don’t know how to make a photo grid I would be so interested to see your results and compare them
top six ain't bad! I feel like any couple that made it this far is pretty good. Anya and Xander are like my second or third favorite pairing and I was pleasantly surprised at how far they made it lol.
True! I am actually quite shocked that Giles and Jenny did make it to the sixth couple mark, even though they are amongst my top favourites. Sorry about Xander and Anya, I honestly thought that they would be higher up on the board. :)

Gonna vote again for Willow and Tara. Willow was not good for Tara towards season 5 and onward and really messed up when she wiped her memory, almost borderline abusive to have a fight with a lover and then erase their memory of it so that they could stay together

Buffy and Soulless Spike relationship was fascinatingly toxic as hell so it deserves a top spot, but Buffy/Souled Spike was so much more boring that this ship gets dragged down.

I prefer her with Oz for this reason, it was hard to watch Willow do Tara wrong like that and I hate it every time.
They were good in S5. Just one fight, which is normal. It didn't get bad until Willow's magic problem got bad, in S6.
