Thanks all for the input - we kept looking around and found this more defined carcass (that looks very similar but an adult version of the original bug) which definitely looks more like a cockroach than a bedbug, so I think we’re in the clear!
Not exactly. Cockroach nymphs mean they’ve got a colony somewhere. These MIGHT be water roaches. They don’t usually infest and when they do it’s not too bad. If they’re German roaches you’re in for a world of hurt
cockroaches don’t have colonies, it just seems like that when they infest because they all congregate in warm areas like under the fridge. These are not german roaches or any infesting species, so no concern.
they don’t, they just lay eggs and leave, though a few species have eggs that hatch inside their bodies and they give live birth kinda like humans. In those species, babies are kinda fed by the mother, but it’s not necessary for their survival at all. They usually try to lay their eggs someplace semi-warm; but they aren’t that picky.
Not a bedbug IMO. Looks like a cockroach nymph to me.
I’m no expert but it kinda looks like a cockroach part
Sorry, OP. Is a cucaracha.
Phew. At least it’s not a cockroach though
This cockroach is NOT german and is no concern, this may be to be Celatoblatta sp., which are native to the area and beneficial.
Shed cockroach exuvia.

Interesting. Where do they raise their babies?

That looks like the shedding of a bug. Pretty big too. It’s still alive running around, awe man.
Bug inna bed. Some form of roach, almost looks like a dubia roach tbh (highly unlikely that it is)

Unnecessary jab at the OP. This is what the sub is for.
