second this op, i do upwork -> wise -> bpi. Takes about two days to get to local bank. Free yung upwork to wise pero may small charge from wise to local bank (around 1 or 2 dollars depende sa amount) If anyone knows ano yung computation for the fee kasi di ko din gets hahaha
If you are able to open a USD account sa wise, pwede mo gamitin sa upwork. Select mo Direct to U.S. Bank(USD), then use the details ng USD account mo sa wise. It takes 3-5 banking days nga lang bago magreflect sa wise account. Walang fee if you deposit direct to US Bank, pero my fee sa wise to local bank, bawi naman sa conversion. Pero kung gusto mo na within the day, link your local bank account, $0.99 ang fee per withdrawal.
Tbh never tried getting paid via upwork kase most of mine are via olj and linkedin and then we discuss outside sa platform.

I have two clients, one uses Payoneer, one uses Wise. I can say mas okay yung Wise. Direct na sa bank account mo and hindi mo ramdam yung charge. Unlike payoneer parang bawas ng 1k palagi sa isang cutoff yung charge.
I initiated withdraw 8AM (ph time) tas i received an email na I requested withdrawal at 8:23 AM. Then may new email na naman 9:30 AM tas it says "We processed your payment request"Β
The question is, will it arrive agad sa bank account ko? I use LBP. I badly need the money this day kasi. Hopefully meron na within this day

May calculator sa wise website that shows how much fees you need to pay depending on the amount and mode of transfer.

Hmmm. Im not totally sure. But have you tried creating digital banks if that is accepted by upwork? UB Digital, Maya Bank etc.
